For us the support service to our customers is the first priority. Only a qualified follow-up after the Go Live can complete the entire project and ensure its success.

Thanks to our many years’ co-operation with a number of local IT service suppliers, we can provide you with a timely support – by telephone, e-mail or in person – in Russia and other CIS countries as well as in Europe.

We offer to our customers a 4-level support in accordance with the ITIL guidelines in 3 languages – German, English and Russian.

Our support does not end, of course, with the normal business hours – if desired, we are available to support you in special projects or requirements also at the specified time and days.

Our support service is meant for:

  • System administrators and IT Director;
  • Application developers and Customizing experts.
