Assino comleted the automation of the Wim Bosman branch in Russia

Assino implementations RUS announced the successful completion of the project on automation of the Russian branch of the Dutch company Wim Bosman. In the course of the project the existing software has been updated, as well as specific improvements has been made in order to bring the standard configuration into corporate management accounting standards stated by the management company Wim Bosman, The Netherlands.

Assino implementations successfully completed the project on implementation of software products based on the platform of “1C: Enterprise 8.2″ in the Russian branch of Wim Bosman, The Netherlands.

For more than 45 years Wim Bosman offers a full range of logistic services, from European groupage, distribution and logistic services to global air and ocean freight services. The company operates its offices and warehouses in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Romania, Poland and Russia.

Before cooperation with assino the Russian branch of Wim Bosman applied software “1C: Accounting 7.7″ for accounting under Russian accounting standards and manually created tables for management accounting. These management accounts were handled by customized logistic software and were brought into comparison with accounting data manually as well.

Assino experts performed update of the software solution to the current version “1C: Enterprise 2.0″ (based on the platform “1C: Enterprise 8.2″). In addition, advanced modifications have been made for management accounting purposes and data exchange with Wim Bosman logistic software. Thus, the need for manual labor for carrying out management accounting has been eliminated. Configuration of the standard 1C solution has also been refined for the purposes of transformation of accounting data under corporate standards of the management company Wim Bosman, The Netherlands. Moreover new software product”1C: Payroll and HR 2.0″ (based on the platform “1C: Enterprise 8.2″) has been implemented for keeping detailed personnel records. Data exchange between the two configurations has been adjusted and allowed Wim Bosman to keep accounting of all major economic operations in Russia in the effective manner.

As a result of successfully completed project, employees of Wim Bosman Rus are able to keep accounts in the latest version of the software using data originated from the additional logistic software, as well as to keep management accounting with the necessary analytics and reporting forms in accordance with the requirements set by the head office Wim Bosman, Netherlands.
